#DYK? Kids are twice as likely to be killed by a car on Halloween than any other night. Check out some tips below from our friends at Build the Era to keep everyone safe this evening. 👇

 Halloween Tips for Drivers

  • Popular trick-or-treating hours are 5:30 to 9:30 pm. Be especially alert for kids during these hours.

  • Be especially cautious in residential neighborhoods, as kids will move in unpredictable ways.

  • Turn headlights on earlier in the day to spot pedestrians from great distances.

  • Enter and exit driveways and alleys carefully, as kids will be crossing them.

  • Be extra cautious at intersections, medians, and curbs.
