Same-Day Emergencies and One Lead Dentist: Two Pillars of the Jack Stromgren Executive Protection Dental Plan

The Executive Protection Dental Plan from Jack Stromgren, DDS, treats a molar cracked just before a morning pitch meeting as a business continuity event. Two of its pillars are built around problems of that kind.

The two pillars are Rapid Response and The Inner Circle. Both belong to the plan, a framework the Willow Glen dentist unveiled in a Sept. 29, 2026 release.

The release names four pillars in all, the other two being Advance Work and Zero Blind Spots.

The release describes Rapid Response as access when an unexpected problem comes up. For The Inner Circle, its wording is coordination with a specialist network.

When Something Breaks

In the plan’s messaging, a dental emergency can derail a launch or a client trip. Rapid Response is the pillar meant for those moments.

Members can get an appointment the same day or the next day. Each member also gets a direct phone line into the office.

On the practice site, the office’s clinical services list crowns and bridges, along with repairs for fractured teeth. The practice calls its range of general and restorative services a focused one, offered to adults and families in Willow Glen.

Priority on the Calendar

Bookings at Stromgren Family Dentistry, the Lincoln Avenue office, run about 11 weeks out. Members of the plan get priority scheduling.

The services page says care at the office begins with accurate diagnosis and a clear treatment plan. Appointments are scheduled with time for evaluation and discussion before treatment, and the office’s general care includes checkups and cleanings for patients of all ages.

A Network With One Lead

The Inner Circle is the plan’s coordinated specialist network. Implant specialists, gum specialists and root canal specialists belong to it.

Stromgren manages that network himself. In the plan’s terms, a patient never handles referrals on their own.

The design draws on the preparation principles of executive close protection, and the plan treats that profession with respect. The plan uses the detail lead, the person in charge of a protective team, as the model for the dentist’s role.

Accountability for each member rests with one dentist under one plan. The model sets itself apart from an insurance call center.

His own implant work, built on years of continuing education, is described in his biography on the practice site. Implants are offered to patients missing a tooth or several who want a restoration meant to last. Each implant plan starts with an evaluation of that patient’s needs.

The Office Behind Both Pillars

Both pillars run out of a Willow Glen practice that Jack Stromgren bought in 2014. It had four operatories and about 1,100 patients at the time.

The office now runs five operatories and has upward of 3,000 patients on its active list. An associate dentist came on board in 2022.

His restorative grounding dates to eight years in a busy Sunnyvale group office, where crown and bridge work filled much of his schedule. Before that came a UCSF dental degree in 2005 and a hospital residency at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center. Many patients there had complex medical histories, across many kinds of conditions, and his biography credits that period with an unhurried, thorough style of care.

A Turlock native, Stromgren has more than twenty years in clinical dentistry behind him. The release credits him with over ten years running his own office, and it says the plan grows from the general dentistry he has done for patients in the Willow Glen area.

Beyond Two Pillars: The Executive Protection Dental Plan

The plan was built for founders, solopreneurs, consultants, gig-economy executives and others in Santa Clara County who work for themselves without employer dental coverage. Its purpose is affordable care for people who have no insurance, and its messaging notes that dental benefits are usually the first thing lost when someone leaves employment to work alone.

Advance Work, the first pillar, opens each membership with a diagnostic workup, then maps risks such as grinding, dry mouth, gum disease and aging restorations before setting a yearly care calendar. The release frames that pillar as finding needs before they grow urgent. The plan holds that this planned care costs less than an emergency.

Zero Blind Spots sets out the coverage terms in advance, with the aim of sparing members surprise billing and denied-claim guesswork. In the release’s words, this pillar stresses clarity about what is covered.

The release is explicit that the framework cannot guarantee every dental problem will be avoided. It puts preparation and access, with coordination and transparency, at the heart of how the plan covers members, and it ties the emphasis on access to his community work.

Each November since 2016 he has hosted a day of free care for 60 to 70 patients at his own cost, and he holds a seat on the Willow Glen Free Clinic board. He also coaches youth soccer and sponsors a Little League team, and for six years he directed a sealant effort for elementary students in east San José.
